Hi! I’m Claire Wieger. Thanks for stopping by. I’m the 22-year old behind Bloom in The Middle. I live smack-dab in the middle of the United States in Lincoln, NE. A Project Manager at a sports software company by day, blogger by night.
“I’ve learned a few things over my four years in college. I’ve learned that it’s okay to rest. Just breathe. Inhale. Exhale. Sometimes it’s okay to show that you are weak and ask for help; I think showing this makes you stronger in the long run. I’ve learned to be stubborn about my goals, but be flexible with how I achieve them. I’ve learned to always be kinder than you feel, and to never be lukewarm – about anything. I’ve learned that when things change, it’s better to build windmills than walls. I’ve learned that life is kind of like doing the cha-cha: sometimes you might take a step backward after taking one forward. I’ve learned to not be discouraged by criticism. Take ownership, take chances, and have fun.” – Claire Wieger
This space was created to inspire those who are also in that weird, middle, almost limbo, part of life. A part of life where we are still growing, blooming, learning and making mistakes. Here you’ll find some of my thoughts, Do-It-Yourself projects (#DIYsWithClur), recipes, daily inspiration, and anything of the sort. I want to be known for my determination to make things happen, and my openness toward those around me. Surrounding myself with like-minded people and making connections is what I’m all about. I hope to collaborate with other creatives, grow, and hopefully learn a thing or two in the process.
